Work Study Required - Office of the Registrar

DEPARTMENT: Registrar’s Office
TITLE: Work Study – Customer Service & Scanning
HOURS: 20 hours per week (between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday)
WAGE: Current work study rate ($10.00)

• Assist customers at service windows and by phone.
• Prepare transcripts for mailing.
• Prepare student records and files.
• Scan prepared documents.
• Complete on-campus errands, such as daily trips to the mail room.
• Assist graduation staff with graduation and commencement duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work at commencement ceremonies is a plus but not required.

• Must be a registered student at Lamar University
• Must be eligible to receive Work Study Financial Aid

• Must be able to lift 10 lbs.
