TYPE: Contract-1 year rolling

SCHEDULE
: 40 hours per week

PTO/Holiday: 32 Hours of PTO

RATE: DOE

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Analyst II to support a large-scale industrial operation in Beaumont, TX. This role is critical to ensure accurate inventory levels, efficient product distribution, and cost-effective material management that supports continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and adjust shipment plan to ensure efficient distribution and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze inventory levels, production rates, and demand forecasts to determine optimal reorder points
  • Maintain product availability while minimizing inventory carrying costs
  • Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transactional variances
  • Prepare inventory and asset valuation reports
  • Process and reconcile inventory transactions within ERP systems
  • Identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
  • Support moderate to high complexity inventory analysis and decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, finance, and warehouse teams
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3–5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, materials management, or warehouse operations
  • Experience working within an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Required Knowledge and

Skills:
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed inventory decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented mindset
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
