POSITION OVERVIEW:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Analyst II to support a large-scale industrial operation in Beaumont, TX. This role is critical to ensure accurate inventory levels, efficient product distribution, and cost-effective material management that supports continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities- Schedule and adjust shipment plan to ensure efficient distribution and customer satisfaction
- Analyze inventory levels, production rates, and demand forecasts to determine optimal reorder points
- Maintain product availability while minimizing inventory carrying costs
- Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transactional variances
- Prepare inventory and asset valuation reports
- Process and reconcile inventory transactions within ERP systems
- Identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
- Support moderate to high complexity inventory analysis and decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, finance, and warehouse teams
- 3–5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, materials management, or warehouse operations
- Experience working within an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Skills:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed inventory decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented mindset
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
