We are searching for a Rebar Detailer to join our team of highly experienced customer service experts. The Rebar Detailer will utilize aSa, Auto Cad and other detailing software to produce accurate placement drawings and barlists. This position will communicate with our customers and production personnel to accurately schedule deliveries and assist on-site personnel with placement directions as needed. This job could office at any of the following locations:
Tyler, Lufkin, Orange, Beaumont, Longview, Texas or Sulphur, Baton Rouge and LaPlace, Louisiana.

Previous experience in Industrial, Commercial or Residential construction is a plus.

• Produce accurate placement drawings and barlists that conform to CRSI and project requirements.
• Act as Project Manager over detailing jobs with customers from submittal stages through end of the project.
• Work in conjunction with the Production Department to accurately schedule customer deliveries.
• Troubleshoot any rebar shortages or field issues with customers.
• Utilize aSa, Auto Cad and other detailing software.
• Provide excellent customer service to field personnel and customer office contacts.
• Verify that all material and project specifications are met.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills through programs and training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work overtime, either planned or unplanned as business requires.
• Operate in a team oriented and customer driven environment.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Strong outgoing personality and the ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Experience in aSa, Shear, Auto Cad or other detailing programs is required.
• Previous estimating experience in the Residential, Commercial or Industrial construction fields a plus.
• Ability to forge and cultivate professional relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adapt to change.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
