Assistant Superintendent - Beaumont, TX

DSLD Homes is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to oversee residential construction projects for high‑volume neighborhoods. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering high‑quality homes.

• Develop literacy in building code, construction methods, and DSLD Homes Field Guide Specs.
• Assist the superintendent in performing day‑to‑day operations of building homes.
• Manage punch lists and ensure compliance with specs.
• Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, homeowners, and the neighborhood superintendent.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of jobsites.
• Coordinate post‑closing punch‑list items and warranty work as needed.
• Help maintain a safe work environment.

• Strong customer service background.
• Positive team‑player attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of residential construction and experience in the industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and motor vehicle liability insurance.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lb (occasionally 50 lb).
• Exposure to weather conditions, loud noise, and vibrations.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
