Customer Satisfaction:
Compile and resolve punch list items;
Customer Communication:
Conduct pre-construction meeting with customer;
Provide project update (daily narrative) to customers and clients;
Construction Management:
Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers;
Ensure work complies with plans and codes;
Document project activities;
Execute change orders;
Subcontractor/Resource Provider Management:
Set expectations;
Maintain quality through site inspections;
Evaluate vendors/subcontractors;
Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions;
Cost Control and Schedule Adherence:
Ensure materials delivered as purchased;
Ensure subcontractors follow PO;
Validate schedule and progress;
Identify out-of-scope areas
