Zonda in Beaumont, TX is seeking part-time Field Researchers to track new home construction in your area. Independent work with minimal screens and no sales calls.
You’ll drive through neighborhoods on a quarterly cycle, record construction status on provided maps, and return folders to managers. Flexible hours, 8 AM–6 PM, with mileage reimbursement.
A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, and a background check are required.
