The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Beaumont, TX or Floresville, TX but will travel to project locations. This position is responsible for overseeing heavy civil and pipeline construction projects from planning through closeout, including managing schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and ensuring work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
The Construction Project Manager will prepare and review project documentation, communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, and support decision-making to keep projects on time and within budget. The role also involves leading site meetings, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Candidates should possess strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills.
- Must be able to travel this is an onsite role at project sites.
- Candidates should possess practical Budgeting skills for cost control, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Experience in heavy civil, pipeline, or infrastructure construction is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts, and to work effectively with field crews and subcontractors.
- Experience in GPS machine control.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools; familiarity with construction-related systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
