As a Dispatcher, your day revolves around ensuring seamless customer service and efficient dispatching of our HVAC Service Technicians. You maintain their schedules, skillfully assigning the right technician to the right job while handling incoming customer calls and coordinating service requests. Attention to detail is crucial as you manage customer databases, prepare service invoices, and follow up on parts. Your critical thinking helps you keep everyone informed on their technician's status, ensuring our customers receive timely updates and their HVAC needs are met promptly.
