Carpet Cleaning Technician

Overview

Golden Chem Dry is a local franchise serving Houston and Southeast Texas, specializing in carpet, tile, upholstery and area rug cleaning with an emphasis on healthy home solutions for families. Services include pet urine odor removal and wood floor cleaning. The company was awarded U.S. Franchise of the Year for 2020. This position focuses on in-home sales and service with a family-oriented culture.

• Engage with in-home customers who have called for service or are existing customers.
• Educate clients on our cleaning services and complimentary offerings while upgrading them from carpet cleaning to healthy home solutions.
• Conduct face-to-face transactions, not desk-bound or phone-based work.
• Avoid cold calling; build relationships with customers to drive service sales.

• Great problem solving skills
• Quick thinker
• Proven history in customer service and sales
• Experience in restaurant and retail management, auto service sales, professional maid service technicians, or waitstaff is applicable
• Good DMV record required

• Very few weekend work:
  No nights, No Sundays, and very few Saturdays
• Flexible time off;

• Job Type: Full Time
• Pay: 40K – 55K yearly starting out, depending on experience and ambition
