Our agency opened in 2016 and is a close-knit team of four focused on delivering exceptional service and continued growth. I entered the agency path right after college and have built a team centered around strong values, development, and a commitment to excellence.

I’m a proud Beaumont native and graduate of Lamar University. I’m happily married with two children and enjoy gardening, health and wellness, and staying active in my faith. We are deeply involved in the community, supporting local organizations, and youth sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brittnee Barnes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
