ROLEDESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brittnee Barnes - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
