Role DescriptionAs an Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Brittnee Barnes, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and function as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services. We’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and driven professional with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
