Health Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Attendant to join our team at a vibrant community client site in Beaumont, TX. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating positive first impressions, and being at the heart of a welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule Details This is an on-call/substitute position, filling in as needed when regular staff members are unavailable.

Shifts typically range from 4–6 hours during facility operating hours.

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements Previous customer service experience a plus.

Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

Ability to stand for 4 to 6 hrs.

Ability to hear and communicate well.

Ability to lift 5 pounds or more.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $8 - $9/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
