Schedule:
This is a full-time position based out of a Residential facility. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8 AM-5 PM with an hour lunch.
Are you a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and manage check‑in and check‑out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists).
- Verify insurance and demographic information.
- Collect co‑pays.
- Support day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as needed to maintain smooth clinic operations.
