The Role- Combined inpatient pulmonary/ICU and outpatient pulmonary practice
- Open ICU with diverse case mix
- APPs provide first call and inpatient support 24/7
- Procedures optional
- Sleep medicine optional
- Average physician tenure exceeds 10 years
- Schedules created one year in advance
- Administrative team manages scheduling and coverage adjustments
- Team-oriented, collegial environment
- Morning inpatient rounds / afternoon outpatient clinic
- 1:3 weekend rotation
- Weekly rotating night call
- Home call model with in-house NP coverage
- $450,000 base salary
- Productivity bonus after year one
- Partnership track
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
