Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon (Fellowship-Trained in Orthopedic Trauma) to join a dynamic,multi-specialty team in Beaumont, Texas. As part of a collaborative surgicalistmodel, you will provide acute orthopedic trauma coverage while contributing tohigh-quality patient outcomes and supporting professional growth.

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care in the Emergency Department,Operating Room, and inpatient settings
• Maintainresponse coverage within 30 minutes, ensuring timely and expert care fortrauma patients
• Collaborate with cross-specialty teams including trauma surgery, acute care,anesthesia, and rehabilitation
• Participate in surgical decision-making, performance improvement, and quality initiatives
• Mentorand supervise mid-level providers and trainees, fostering education and clinical excellence
• Contribute to performance, compliance, and protocol initiatives

• MDor DO, with successful completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
• Board-Certifiedor Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Proficient in acute orthopedic trauma techniques, including complex fracturemanagement
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
