A physician-led organization in southeast Texas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join their thriving private practice as the 6th partner in the group. Backed by a robust physicians, this offers an ideal setting to build a high-income, low-hassle GI career.
Position Highlights- $600,000 guaranteed base salary
- $200,000 sign-on bonus
- Partnership opportunity starting in Year 3
- Earning potential of $1,000,000+ as a partner
- Bread-and-butter GI practice with high-volume scopes
- ERCP cases available training provided if needed
- ASC on-site and physician-owned
- Built-in referral base with 3,000+ untouched referrals
- Strong call structure: NPs take clinic call; generous hospital call pay
