Interventional Cardiologist

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join their cardiology team in Beaumont, TX. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to step into a busy, established practice due to the planned retirement of a valued provider. The incoming physician will enjoy access to a fully equipped cardiac cath lab and a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Coronary angioplasty and stent placement
• Right and left heart catheterization
• Diagnostic coronary angiography
• CT angiography
• Nuclear Cardiology
• 2D echocardiology
• TAVR program

Shift & Schedule

  Hours:
  
  Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-3pm
• Rotating weekend & ER call coverage
• Call is required, with physicians taking their own call Monday - Friday
• Schedule is provider based; physicians that work office in the am have afternoon scheduled times in cath lab, and physicians that work office in the afternoon have morning cath lab times
• Providers normally start at 8:00 and 12:00 in cath lab

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
