Adjunct Instructor, Dept. of Counseling

Job Summary

The Department of Counseling seeks candidates qualified with a concentration in School Counseling, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage Couples and Family Counseling. This is a part time, pooled position filled on an as-needed basis. Teaches students enrolled in Counseling Skills, Residency, Practicum and Internship and other courses as needed.

Essential Job Functions

* Teach online courses using current pedagogical methods.

* Maintain effective and timely communication with students, course lead.

* Maintain effective and timely communication with students, course lead and chair of department.

Minimum and Desired Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Applicants must have an earned doctorate degree in Counselor Education and licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or Certified School Counselor.

* Experience in online education.

* Licensed Professional Counselor;
