The UK's leading multi-activity camp provider has brought its award-winning camps to Southeast Asia & Hong Kong!

We create inspirational adventures throughout the school holidays through our much-loved, confidence boosting experiences for children ages 3‑15 years. Our programmes offer a variety of fun & engaging activities allowing children to get outdoors, be creative, and express themselves!

Whether you are looking to gain experience over your Semester Break, looking to develop your skillset, or wish to work in a fun-filled environment delivering activities whilst getting paid… this opportunity is for you!

We have Camp Programmes across multiple sites with the International Partnered schools in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand & Hong Kong.

These are the roles available in selected countries.

• Activity Leader Team (Day Camps)
• Residential Activity Leader Team (Day / Night)

• You’ll play a vital part in bringing our programmes to life.
• Work alongside our experienced camp teams, to assist and deliver a wide range of fun, safe and engaging activities that make every day an adventure for our campers.
• Be part of a vibrant, international environment - supporting children aged 3–15 years across our multi-activity, STEAM, English immersive, and residential programmes.

Here’s why working at summer camp could be the best decision you ever make.

Get involved and deliver several weeks full of adventures programme such as Multi activity, STEAM focused, British immersive, English Language camps & Residential Camps. The programme you will be delivering is subject to your placement location. Trust us… you will have as much fun as our campers!

This is a seasonal opportunity, whether you are available for a few days/weeks or the entire Summer Camp Holidays we’d love to hear from you! Shift times are subject to the programme type and may vary. Ideally, we would prefer you to be available for the entire season so you can enjoy the fun…

Camps will be based at our fantastic host schools around Asia, and you will need to legally be allowed to work in the country you are applying for. A list of each international school's locations will be available on your application form or : https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./

You will attend a three‑day mandatory training course and one day Induction prior to camp, Wishlist you will be paid to attend!

• Age 18 and above or of legal age to work in the country where you are applying.
• Fluent in English– spoken, written & reading mandatory, ability to converse in Mandarin is a bonus.
• Possess lots of energy and enthusiasm.
• Can demonstrate a passion for working with children.
• Have initiative and ability to work independently and in a team.
• For Hong Kong - Mandatory valid criminal record check (SCRC - for more information).
• Ideally if you've previous experience working with children or currently majoring in childcare or teaching qualification! is an additional Bonus! or none you're still welcome.
• If you wish to work in other Asian country, you will need to provide us your valid right to work. Camp Beaumont Asia does not process work permits for seasonal staff looking to work with us in Asian countries.
