Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Field Supervisor to support students in the Master of Arts in Teaching/Alternative Certification Program at Lamar University. The selected candidate will observe, coach, and mentor teacher candidates in their first year, ensuring evaluation using the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS).
This part-time, field-based role requires flexibility aligned to school schedules and travel across Texas. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree and a valid Texas Teaching Certification with mentoring experience.
