Job Summary

The Utility Operator is a hybrid role with Emulsions. The position includes training responsibilities for backup operators and continuous improvement of utility operations programs.

Able to work autonomously within established parameters, recognize out-of-spec conditions, make sound decisions quickly, and manage time across operations, training, and program development.

Forward-thinking with a drive to evolve the utility operations program to mirror best-in-class facilities. Identify gaps, develop new operational rhythms, digitize processes, and dedicate time to program enhancement.
