Our client, a leader in environmental services and sustainable solutions, is seeking a
** Senior Process Engineer
** to join their team at their facility in Beaumont, Texas. This is a high-impact role where you will lead complex process development initiatives, drive innovation, and support critical operations in incineration and waste processing systems.

** What You'll Do*
* + Lead mid- to large-scale process development and commercialization projects from concept through execution
+ Drive implementation of new technologies and high-complexity improvements to existing incineration systems
+ Oversee daily processing plans and provide technical leadership to ensure safe and efficient operations
+ Identify production challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective solutions
+ Develop project justifications, including ROI analysis and commercialization strategies
+ Manage project scope, cost, staffing, and timelines using strong project management practices
+ Lead critical safety and compliance processes including MOCs, PHAs, and PSSRs
+ Provide expert technical support to operations, maintenance, and performance teams
+ Optimize waste stream processing and incineration feed strategies
+ Ensure compliance with environmental permits and safety regulations
+ Mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and reinforce a strong safety culture
+ Support business growth through market analysis and identification of new revenue opportunities
** What You Bring*
* + Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
+ 10+ years of process engineering experience OR 2-3 years in a senior-level role
+ Strong expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and implementation of improvements
+ Experience in hazardous waste or related industries preferred
+ Proven experience leading large capital projects and/or supervising teams
+ Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
+ Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
