We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer (EIT) to join a growing consulting engineering team focused on municipal and private site development projects. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in design, project coordination, and exposure to a variety of infrastructure projects in a collaborative and flexible environment.
Responsibilities- Support civil engineering assignments including design, analysis, and plan production under the guidance of a Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications, drainage studies, and due diligence reports.
- Contribute to multiple phases of municipal and private site development projects, including water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, drainage, and roadway improvements.
- Perform design calculations and assist in developing engineering solutions using standard methodologies.
- Work closely with senior engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Assist with permitting efforts, including preparing submittals and addressing agency comments.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and support coordination with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
