Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $70 - $80 per hour
Shift: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm (flexible based on workload, 12+ hour shifts during Turnaround Execution)

- Leading and championing on-site safety programs and safe work performance.
- Overseeing site activities during both planning and execution phases of turnarounds and outages.
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe execution and adherence to QA practices.
- Assisting in the preparation of work packages, schedules, and supporting maintenance projects.
- Serving as a day-to-day interface between contractors, craft labor, and the Turnaround Supervisor.
- Providing oversight in site material management, contractor equipment, and compliance with specifications.
- Monitoring workforce productivity and environmental compliance.
- Supporting permitting, JSA reviews, LOTO, and commissioning/systems completion activities.
- Leading quality audits, field changes, and the development of early career professionals.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bring a minimum of 10 years’ site experience in Construction and Turnarounds (15+ years preferred).
- Possess hands-on familiarity with Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Scaffolding, and Electrical disciplines.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and can obtain a TWIC card within 30 days.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Are knowledgeable of OSHA 1910 & OSHA 1926 standards.
- Are available to work beyond 40 hours weekly as required.
