Mechanical Integrity Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Integrity Engineer to support equipment reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement for a leading industrial organization in Beaumont, TX.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical integrity, asset integrity, reliability, inspection, or a related engineering discipline
• API 510, 570, and/or 653 certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of API/ASME codes, inspection practices, NDT/NDE, corrosion, and risk-based inspection methodologies
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
• U.S. citizen or green card holder
Responsibilities:
• Lead and support mechanical integrity and reliability programs for critical plant equipment and assets
• Coordinate equipment inspections, testing, and condition assessments while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards
• Evaluate equipment condition, inspection data, corrosion, and degradation to identify risks and opportunities for improved reliability
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to develop repair, replacement, and asset improvement strategies
• Support failure investigations, root cause analysis, technical assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
