Bowl Attendant

Job Description

At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials. As a Bowl Attendant, you are high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable, guiding guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is fun and memorable.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests, acting as an ambassador of fun.
• Promote and recommend activities based on guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and/or lanes, completing side duties.

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Compensation ranges from $7.25 to $11.75 per hour.
