Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in accounting, finance or construction management
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of WIP and POC, Cost Accounting
- Experience with construction accounting software preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas and financial functions
- Experience creating financial graphs and visual reports is a plus
- Prepare and produce accurate monthly financial statements
- Perform reconciliations to the general ledger
- Manage and analyze work in progress (WIP) schedules using POC Method
- Assist with cash flow management and margin reporting
- Support internal financial controls and reporting processes
- Temp-Hire
- Shifts:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
