Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our orthopedic/trauma team at Christus St. Elizabeth in Beaumont, TX. In this full‑time role you will play an integral part in delivering 24/7 orthopedic and trauma care in collaboration with a fellowship‑trained orthopedic surgery team. Prior experience in orthopedics and/or trauma care is required.

- Participate in rounding, discharges, and care coordination with interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with splinting, casting, wound care, and procedural support
- Accurately document encounters and assist with coding and compliance standards
- Maintain timely communication with the attending physicians and nursing staff
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current NP or PA licensure in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in orthopedics, trauma surgery, or acute care required
- Strong procedural skills and comfort working in high‑acuity environments
