assessments and evaluations
on a PRN basis across
Beaumont
.

  Texas’ largest provider for CLASS program participants

  children with severe disabilities and
  adults with ongoing needs

• Conduct
  speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement
  individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client communication goals
• Provide services that enhance
  quality of lifeand independence

• Licensed
  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)inthe state of Texas
• Experience with pediatric and/or adult disability populations preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation for travel within the service area
