Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join our growing behavioral health team. Under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor , the LPC-A will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to clients across diverse populations.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hours toward full LPC licensure in a supportive, collaborative, and ethical environment.

• Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Perform initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with assigned LPC-S.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed.
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and professional guidelines.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education activities as required.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Active LPC-Associate license in the state of Texas
• Supervision agreement on file with the state licensing board.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work independently under supervision and manage a clinical caseload.

• Experience with [specific populations: e.g., adolescents, trauma, substance use].
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms

Full-time

$28.00 – $34.00 per hour
