Regency Integrated Health Services -  - Responsibilities:
Implements therapeutic programs under supervision of an Occupational Therapist;
Coordinates and collaborates with the Occupational Therapist and Rehab Director to integrate the plan of care;
Guides and teaches the patient in therapeutic, compensatory, and self-care activities to improve function and independence;
Observes, records, and reports patient responses to treatment and changes in condition;
Participates in patient case conferences to coordinate the plan of care
