Elite Hospice, part of LHC Group, is seeking a part-time Social Worker to provide medical social services under a physician and interdisciplinary team. You will assess social and emotional factors affecting patient health and help develop coping strategies.
Required:
Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program, valid driving license and access to reliable transportation. Preferred: 1+ year health-care social work experience, CPR within 90 days, and licensure as a Social Worker
