The Home and Community Bases Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions so individuals can remain in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
  • Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
  • Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use the EVV system.
  • Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
  • Function in any home situation regardless of client age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.
Required Qualifications
  • Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
  • Home Health Aide experience: a minimum of one (1) year full‑time experience in direct client care in a hospital or nursing facility, OR one (1) year full‑time experience within the last five (5) years in direct client care in an agency setting, OR documented completion of a training and competency evaluation program with home health experience within the last twenty‑four (24) months, OR nursing student with documentation confirming competency in basic nursing skills aligned with the school’s curriculum;

    OR be on Texas Department of Human Services Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of client abuse or neglect or misappropriation of client property, and must not be listed on the Employee Misconduct Registry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
  • Six or more months of home care experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
Pay & Benefits

The hourly pay for this role ranges from $16.75 to $25.10 per hour based on full‑time employment. In addition to the hourly rate, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase plan, and 401(k) contribution program (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). All hourly wages comply with applicable minimum wage laws.
