Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Attend to guests on call notification for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety concerns.;
Maintain control of all hotel keys, including safeguarding from mishandling or theft.;
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, including registering guests, assigning rooms, and collecting payments when necessary.;
Report safety and security concerns and follow hotel policies and procedures.;
Maintain proficiency in location computer and software systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as logging events and posting payments to guest folios.
