Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating, retaining and developing talent;
Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and ensure team delivers on Target’s guest experience;
Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements;
Plan department workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and deliver sales goals;
Partner with store leadership to influence sales performance and ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards
