Mechanical Data Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Mechanical Data Analyst to join their team. As a Mechanical Data Analyst, you will be part of the Central Services team supporting Mechanical Effectiveness and Reliability Outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Pull, organize, and format maintenance and reliability data from SAP and other systems into actionable reports and dashboards.
• Provide administrative office support to ensure smooth operations and compliance with site standards.
• Deliver accurate analytics to improve mechanical maintenance effectiveness focusing on reliability, restoration speed, productivity, backlog health, and cost competitiveness.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards; prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports for management review.
• Facilitate reliability and KPI review meetings, track actions, and ensure data quality and consistency across sites.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance/reliability analytics or CMMS data work (SAP PM, Snowflake, Maximo preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI/DAX, SQL, Excel, and basic statistics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
