Volks Resources is seeking a highly capable OT Systems Infrastructure Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance critical Operational Technology systems across a dynamic industrial environment. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of OT servers, endpoints, and infrastructure powering operational continuity.

As the OT Systems Infrastructure Specialist, you will deliver hands‑on technical support across OT servers, laptops, workstations, and industrial endpoint devices. You will manage lifecycle processes, deployments, patching, and system health monitoring while ensuring adherence to change management procedures. This position requires strong expertise in virtualization (Hyper‑V), endpoint protection, and OT system documentation. Working within an operations‑focused environment, you’ll play a key role in maintaining secure, stable, and compliant OT systems that support mission‑critical industrial operations.

• Provide technical support for OT servers, laptops, workstations, and endpoint devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve OT‑related incidents, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Handle full hardware lifecycle: procurement, installation, upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Deploy, configure, patch, and update OT servers, endpoints, and software in line with change management policies
• Monitor OT system health, availability, and performance
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Hyper‑V virtual machines
• Maintain and update antimalware security tools
• Organize and maintain OT documentation, configurations, inventory, and operational procedures

• Proven experience supporting OT or industrial system environments
• Strong understanding of OT server and endpoint management
• Hands‑on experience with Hyper‑V virtualization
• Knowledge of patching practices, system updates, and change management processes
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Familiarity with endpoint protection/antimalware tools
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining OT documentation and asset inventories

• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals within OT environments
• Exposure to SCADA or ICs environments
• Experience with network segmentation and access controls in OT networks
• Understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to industrial systems
• Background supporting industrial control endpoints or HMI environments

Demonstrate hands‑on experience with OT environments—particularly virtualization, patching, and system hardening—to stand out as a candidate who can immediately support and stabilize mission‑critical industrial systems.
