Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and chemical processing, is seeking a Network Technician II to join their team. As a Network Technician II, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting site infrastructure, network, AV, and server support.
Job Title: Network Technician II
Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay Range: $42/hr
What's the Job?- Troubleshoot and support network-related issues, collaborating with remote support analysts
- Deploy and configure new network infrastructure, including physical installation and cabling
- Coordinate with vendors for fiber and copper cable installation and troubleshooting
- Support wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies to ensure reliable network connectivity
- Assist with project planning and execution for infrastructure upgrades and new implementations
- Experience in wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN network support
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Service Now or similar ticketing systems is a plus
