We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that is a creative and data-driven professional who is passionate about digital marketing and technology. In this role, you'll execute digital marketing campaigns, manage and enhance our digital presence, support marketing technology platforms, and use analytics to drive engagement and campaign performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to creating effective digital experiences that support organizational goals.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, search, display advertising, and other digital channels.
- Manage website content, landing pages, microsites, and other digital resources to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and compliant.
- Develop and manage digital content that supports products, services, campaigns, and financial education initiatives.
- Administer and optimize marketing technology platforms, including CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Partner with departments across the credit union to support digital campaigns, product launches, and member communications.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements to campaigns, content, and targeting strategies.
- Ensure digital content meets regulatory requirements and maintains brand consistency across all channels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic and work experience.
- Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing systems, marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive and mobile-first design, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support website functionality and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and technical resources.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial products and services and the credit union philosophy preferred.
