Job Overview

Oak View Group is the global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. We are seeking a Custodial Services Worker to join our team at Ford Park Entertainment Complex.

The Custodial Services Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer satisfaction. This role will pay an hourly wage of $11.00 to $13.50 and offer benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to meet event/client standards
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and cleaning supplies
• Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor
• Adaptable to guests' needs
• Ability to work long hours including a varied schedule
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
