• Responsible for general building maintenance tasks.
• Assist in steam cleaning machines returned for rentals and equipment going into the shop.
• Operate Tennet sweeper and maintain the equipment year. Other duties as assigned.
• Shipping/receiving machines and attachments from manufacturers, customers and various other sources.
• Enter data into computer system, photograph equipment and inspect for damages.
• Will also perform as shop mechanic when necessary.

• Maintain a clean and orderly department.
• Keep shop, offices, and grounds clean and organized.
• General maintenance on machinery and buildings.
• Pick up and delivery as required.
• Maintain steam cleaner equipment.
• Fill in as a shop mechanic when needed.
• Ensure that material/components removed from vat are properly cleaned and organized.
• Assist steam cleaning machines and other equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Typical hours of work:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Weekend hours as necessary.
Inside and outside work.

• G.E.D. or High School Diploma.
• Must have 4 years previous experience.

• Must have a working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives.
• Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company.
• Must conform to company policies and procedures set forth by the company.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend and twist several times a day.
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends (as necessary).
• Must be dependable and work independent.

• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Must promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment along with complying with state regulations for hazardous waste disposal.

• Must have the ability to effectively operate a steam cleaner and be able to maintain the pressure of the steam cleaner.
