The Project Manager will oversee engineering and consulting projects from conception through completion. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, technical knowledge, and project management skills to ensure that all projects are executed effectively, meeting client expectations and adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.

• Project Leadership:
  Manage and lead engineering and consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Planning & Execution:
  Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, setting objectives, and establishing deliverables. Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to plans.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication to manage expectations and address any concerns.
• Budget & Resource Management:
  Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Allocate resources efficiently and manage project teams.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and manage project risks proactively.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project progress, performance, and changes.
• Process Improvement:
  Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within an engineering or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering and consulting projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Oracle Net Suite).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects across various engineering and consulting disciplines.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to the engineering and consulting sectors.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
