Summary/ObjectiveThe Facility Operations Manager provides management support for all departments of Facilities. Provides support to the Administrative Director of Facility Management by implementing quality control and reviewing departmental operations.

EssentialJob Duties
- Coordinates the following functions for all Departments of Facility Management: process improvement and quality metrics, departmental strategic planning, operational and capital budget planning, tracking and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of key performance metrics along with assisting the ADFM in the flow of information to Facility Departments.
- Manages and coordinates the activities of the office personnel including clerical staff. (i.e., Determines work priorities and prepares work schedules. Assigns duties and examines work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies.)
- Provides project management quality control functions along with project coordination: project close out including all cost, punch list, warranty, certificates, and documentation, track statuses of RFIs and submittals.
- Compiles data, generate reports (timelines, budget tracking, financial reports), and implements strict document control on special projects such as FEMA, Insurance, and Litigation to ensure records, warranties, and contracts are available for efficient retrieval.
- Management of Facilities Management documentation procedures, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and execution of hospital procedures.
Associates Degree, 3 years relative experience
