Position Overview
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way forward in real estate. This role is a Facilities Operations Manager that oversees the management and operation of properties and personnel in alignment with Client directives and established standards.
The Manager collaborates with the Client Facility Manager to deliver exceptional services in property operation and maintenance, including customer/client relations, facility upkeep, project coordination, procurement processes, and vendor management to ensure optimal property performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction for efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety in a dispersed regional portfolio.
- Maintain client satisfaction by delivering facility services and supporting Client programs. Develop and nurture positive client relationships.
- Manage contracts, compliance, and quality control with vendor partners, meeting site KPIs and monitoring SLAs to identify challenges and plan corrective actions.
- Partner with Client to ensure overall portfolio oversight is timely and effective.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the regional team to drive account success.
- Facilitate work order management for maintenance teams and vendors.
- Enforce all company policies and safety training requirements.
- Implement hazard control and team safety practices, ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the Client in the execution of short- and long-term projects.
- Support Client programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
- Oversee and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual on-site inspections.
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third‑party service provider, or consulting.
- General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and CMMS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
