Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through coaching and training programs and regular follow ups;
Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings when Store Manager is absent;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategy, addressing feedback, and promoting membership programs and in-store offers
