The Warehouse Specialist supports daily warehouse operations in a fabrication shop by receiving, organizing, and distributing materials essential to production. • Assist with receiving shipments and verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull and stage materials for fabrication teams to help keep production on schedule.
• Learn to operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Prepare materials for outbound shipments, including packaging and documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient material flow.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or labor experience.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to operate a stand‑up forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Understanding of counting and measuring bolts accurately.
• Experience selecting and using appropriate packing materials for shipments.
• Proficiency in shrink‑wrapping pallets.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills or comfort learning inventory systems.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
