Airswift is seeking an experienced Lean Coach to join a major Oil and Gas company in Beaumont, TX on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on supporting operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations, working closely with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement efforts.
The Lean Coach will evaluate operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and guide teams in implementing Lean improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency across the lubricants and grease production network.
