Pay: $38.00 Per hour

Produce high quality welds that meet engineering specifications and industry standards while supporting safe and efficient fabrication operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform multi process pipe welding; GTAW, SMAW and Flux Core Arch in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions in a shop environment.
- Set up and adjust welding equipment to required amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse.
- Guide electrode or welding gun to achieve proper fusion, penetration, and bead profile.
- Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, grooving, or preheating as required.
- Assemble, align, and tack components using fixtures or positioning equipment.
- Inspect and finish welds by removing slag, spatter, and excess material.
- Complete required performance tests to meet company and industry certification standards.
- Proficiency in GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick) and Flux Core welding processes with the ability to certify on multi process pipe welding.
- Ability to interpret weld quality using visual indicators, sound, and molten puddle behavior.
- Experience working safely in industrial or fabrication shop environments.
- Capability to read and follow welding procedures and technical instructions.
