Airswift is supporting a leading chemical manufacturing organization operating in a complex, asset-intensive environment. The business is focused on operational excellence, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement across its production and logistics network.
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead production planning and scheduling activities while driving alignment across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production schedules, managing supply chain constraints, and ensuring efficient execution across a highly integrated manufacturing and logistics operation. You will play a key role in improving planning processes, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead production planning and master scheduling for manufacturing assets
- Optimize production output by managing complex constraints (capacity, maintenance, demand variability)
- Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution
- Develop and maintain planning tools, forecasts, and scheduling models
- Analyze production and logistics data to drive performance improvements
- Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and communicate risks and mitigation strategies
- Support system improvements and ERP (SAP) alignment initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and supply chain performance
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or similar process-based environments
- ~8+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of integrated supply chains and asset-constrained planning
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and balance competing priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in petrochemical, refining, or pipeline scheduling environments
- SAP or ERP system experience
